Refund Policy

We stand behind Claude Recall Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money. No hassle, no questions.

60-Day Refund Window

You can request a refund within 60 days of your purchase, regardless of whether you have used the software or activated your license. This gives you time to install, try, and decide if Claude Recall is right for you.

How to Request a Refund

What Happens to Your License

When we process your refund, your license key is automatically disabled. If you have already activated Claude Recall on your machine, the application will continue to work offline (because it validates once at activation and then works forever without checking in). The disability is a courtesy to prevent accidental misuse.

Refunds Outside the 60-Day Window

Requests after 60 days are not guaranteed, but we review them on a case-by-case basis. If you have a genuine issue—a refund was processed twice, you were charged by mistake, or there was a billing error—please reach out. We want to make it right.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charges, wrong amount, unauthorized charge), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve it within one business day.

Chargeback Notice

If you request a refund from us and we approve it, please allow us to process it before contacting your payment provider or bank. Filing a chargeback after we have already issued a refund creates duplicate returns and may delay your refund. If we have not resolved your issue within 10 days, then a chargeback is a legitimate escalation path.
